Are there are Car Valeting services within the car parks?
A: 

Located on Level 2 of Loch Street Car Park at the Bon Accord Centre, we have a car valeting service available.  Drive up to Level 2, park your car in one of the allocated spaces, approach one of the valeting team and do your shopping to return to a sparkling, clean car : prices from only £5.95.  Further details available from www.carvaletuk.co.uk

Do you provide wheelchairs and electric scooters?
A: 

Wheelchairs are available from either the Car Park or a member of Security at no cost.  For an electric Scooter please contact Shopmobility on 01224 630009 Tuesday - Saturday, they are located on Flourmill Lane and entrance is opposite St. Nicholas Centre east service yard.

There is a job search board located next to the public toilets on the Upper Mall Bon Accord Centre; you can also check the latest jobs available on our website.

Where are the disabled toilets located?

There is a disabled toilet located on Upper Mall Bon Accord Centre near the foodhall and another disabled toilet located near the walking entrance to Harriet Street Car Park.  Key available from Management Office.

How do I organise hosting a charity collection within your Centres?
A: 

We allow charity collections/ raise awareness throughout the year but numbers are limited.  We offer this facility in the Bon Accord Centre only.  If you wish to apply to host an event please contact our Operations Manager alison.light@landsecurities.com

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am until 6pm, Thursday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6.00pm, Sunday 10am – 5.30pm

There are no concessions for disabled people in the car park, however there are allocated car parking spaces

What do I need to do if I lose my car park ticket?
A: 

If you have lost your car park ticket please go to the car park office which is located on Level 1 Loch Street car park next to the exit barriers.  The staff there will be able to help you exit the car park.  Lost tickets incur a charge of £12.50 but if you later find your ticket a refund will be made of the difference.

What time does the Car Park close?

The car park closes at 11pm every night.  Access to the car park when Shopping Centres are closed are via the Exit and Entrance ramps.

There is a Halifax Bank of Scotland located at the Schoolhill entrance to Bon Accord Centre.  Located near the St. Nicholas Centre entrance there is a Clydesdale Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The Bon Accord and St. Nicholas Shopping Centres trade as normal on Bank Holidays & Local Holidays.

There are baby changing facilities available within the male and female toilets, upper level Bon Accord Shopping Centre.

There are a number of ATMs around the centre, both internal and external.
